1. Tiket resmi hanya dijual melalui situs www.foojkt.com atau official ticketing partner yang ditunjuk oleh Promotor. Promotor tidak bertanggung jawab atas segala bentuk penipuan tiket yang dibeli dari pihak lain.
2. Tiket tidak dapat dipindahtangankan/diperjualbelikan dan tidak dapat ditukar nama ke orang lain dengan alasan apa pun, termasuk penggunaan surat kuasa.
3. Maksimal pembelian untuk 1 akun dibatasi hanya 5 tiket.
4. Dalam 1 transaksi, pembeli diperbolehkan membeli beberapa kategori tiket sekaligus.
5. Setiap pembelian tiket, pembeli WAJIB memasukkan data semua peserta yang akan hadir di acara sesuai dengan identitas resmi (KTP/KK/SIM/Paspor). Harap mempersiapkan data lengkap semua peserta sebelum melakukan pembelian. Jika membeli 5 tiket, maka dibutuhkan 5 data peserta. DATA DIRI DAN IDENTITAS BERBENTUK FISIK yg terdaftar akan diperiksa saat akan memasuki venue untuk verifikasi data.
6. Pastikan data yang digunakan dalam pembelian adalah data yang sah dan identitas resmi yang digunakan harus memiliki bentuk fisik, karena tiket tidak dapat diubah atau dimodifikasi setelah transaksi selesai.
7. Pembeli berusia 5-17 tahun dapat menggunakan nomor NIK yang tertera pada Kartu Keluarga. Wajib didampingi oleh orang dewasa berusia minimal 18 tahun.
8. Anak di bawah usia 5 tahun tidak diperbolehkan masuk ke dalam area konser karena pertimbangan keselamatan, tingkat kebisingan, dan efek pencahayaan.
9. Pembeli memiliki waktu maksimal 10 menit untuk menyelesaikan transaksi, termasuk pengisian data dan pembayaran. Jika melebihi waktu tersebut, sistem akan otomatis membatalkan transaksi.
10. Bukti keberhasilan transaksi akan dikirim melalui email atau WhatsApp yang terdaftar setelah pembayaran berhasil dilakukan.
11. Tiket berupa QR Code akan dikirimkan ke email/WhatsApp terdaftar pada H-1 sebelum acara.
12. Dilarang menyebarluaskan QR Code untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan oleh orang lain. Promotor tidak bertanggung jawab atas kelalaian yang dilakukan oleh pemilik tiket.
13. Tiket QR Code tidak boleh di-screenshot dan tidak perlu dicetak. Cukup tunjukkan langsung melalui ponsel saat akan masuk ke area konser.
14. Tiket hanya berlaku untuk single entry. Pengunjung yang sudah keluar dari area konser tidak dapat masuk kembali, dan harus membeli tiket baru (jika tersedia).
15. Tiket yang sudah dibeli tidak dapat dikembalikan dengan alasan apa pun, termasuk perubahan jadwal dan/atau susunan acara, kecuali jika konser dibatalkan oleh penyelenggara.
16. Penyelenggara berhak melarang masuk pemegang tiket yang tidak memenuhi Syarat dan Ketentuan.
17. Pemilik tiket melepaskan semua hak hukum untuk mengajukan gugatan balik melalui pengadilan atau cara lain yang sah secara hukum untuk menuntut penyelenggara dalam hal pembatalan konser yang disebabkan oleh artis, pemerintah, atau hal lain di luar kendali penyelenggara (force majeure).
18. Pemilik tiket dengan ini menyatakan dan memberikan persetujuan kepada Penyelenggara untuk menerima, menggunakan, dan mengolah data pemilik tiket (termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada data pribadi, data medis, kondisi kesehatan yang sudah ada sebelumnya, dan data dan/atau informasi pribadi lainnya yang dapat dipertimbangkan sensitif menurut peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku). Pemilik tiket setuju bahwa Penyelenggara dapat membagikan informasi tersebut kepada Instansi Pemerintah terkait atau pihak ketiga yang ditunjuk secara sah oleh pemerintah dan/atau pihak ketiga lainnya yang terkait dengan penyelenggaraan konser.
19. Dengan membeli tiket, pembeli memberikan izin kepada Penyelenggara untuk mengumpulkan, menyimpan, dan menggunakan data pribadi yang diberikan untuk keperluan penerbitan tiket, administrasi acara, dan komunikasi terkait acara. Penyelenggara berkomitmen untuk menjaga kerahasiaan dan keamanan data pribadi sesuai dengan kebijakan privasi yang berlaku.
20. Setiap pemegang tiket yang datang ke area konser bertanggung jawab atas keselamatan, kesehatan, dan keamanan pribadinya sendiri. Penyelenggara dan semua Sponsor/Band tidak bertanggung jawab untuk, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada cedera atau kerusakan atau kehilangan yang mungkin terjadi kepada pemegang tiket selama atau di dalam acara tersebut.
21. Pemegang tiket memberikan hak kepada promotor dan sponsor/band untuk melakukan rekaman video dan gambar baik sebagian atau semua, pada kanal/platform apapun, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada majalah, media sosial, dan saluran TV untuk disiarkan di media apapun di seluruh dunia, untuk iklan, publisitas dan promosi yang berkaitan dengan konser.
22. Segala syarat dan ketentuan mengenai tiket merupakan kebijakan penyelenggara yang tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
23. Pembelian tiket secara otomatis menyatakan bahwa pembeli telah membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui seluruh Syarat dan Ketentuan yang berlaku. Ketidakpatuhan terhadap Syarat dan Ketentuan dapat mengakibatkan pembatalan tiket atau penolakan masuk ke lokasi acara.
1. Official tickets are only sold through www.foojkt.com or the official ticketing partners appointed by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for any ticket fraud or issues arising from purchases made through other parties.
2. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or have the name changed for any reason, including the use of a power of attorney.
3. Each account may purchase a maximum of 5 tickets.
4. In a single transaction, buyers are allowed to purchase multiple ticket categories.
5. For every ticket purchase, buyers MUST input the personal details of all attendees as stated on valid government-issued identification (e.g., ID card, Family Card, Driver's License, Passport). Please prepare the complete data of all attendees before purchasing. For 5 tickets, 5 sets of attendee information are required. PHYSICAL IDENTIFICATION matching the registered data will be verified upon entry.
6. Ensure that the data provided during purchase is accurate and supported by valid physical ID, as tickets cannot be modified or changed after the transaction is completed.
7. Buyers aged 5-17 may use their NIK (National ID Number) as listed on their Family Card and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.
8. Children under 5 years old are not permitted to enter the concert area due to safety, noise levels, and lighting effects.
9. Buyers have a maximum of 10 minutes to complete the transaction, including data input and payment. If the time limit is exceeded, the system will automatically cancel the transaction.
10. A confirmation of successful transaction will be sent via registered email or WhatsApp after the payment is completed.
11. The ticket in the form of a QR Code will be sent to the registered email or WhatsApp one day before the event (H-1).
12. Sharing the QR Code is strictly prohibited to prevent misuse by others. The Promoter is not responsible for negligence by the ticket holder.
13. The QR Code does not need to be screenshotted or printed. Simply present it on your phone when entering the concert area.
14. Each ticket is valid for single entry only. Attendees who exit the concert area will not be allowed to re-enter and must purchase a new ticket (if available).
15. Purchased tickets are non-refundable for any reason, including changes to the event schedule and/or lineup, unless the concert is canceled by the Organizer.
16. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any ticket holder who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
17. Ticket holders waive all legal rights to file claims or lawsuits through the court or other legal means against the Organizer in the event of concert cancellation due to the artist, government, or other force majeure situations beyond the Organizers control.
18. By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder consents to the Organizer collecting, using, and processing their personal data (including but not limited to personal details, medical data, pre-existing health conditions, and other sensitive information in accordance with applicable laws). The Organizer may share this data with government authorities or legally appointed third parties, as necessary for the event.
19. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer grants permission to the Organizer to collect, store, and use the provided personal data for ticket issuance, event administration, and event-related communication. The Organizer is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of this data in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.
20. All ticket holders are responsible for their own safety, health, and security during the event. The Organizer and all sponsors/bands are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur to ticket holders during or within the event premises.
21. Ticket holders grant the Promoter and sponsors/bands the right to record and photograph them, in part or in full, for use on any platform or channel, including but not limited to magazines, social media, and television broadcasts, for advertising, publicity, and concert promotion purposes worldwide.
22. All ticket-related terms and conditions are at the sole discretion of the Organizer and are non-negotiable.
23. Purchasing a ticket constitutes the buyer's acknowledgment that they have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in ticket cancellation or denial of entry to the event.
1. Makanan dan minuman dari luar termasuk alkohol.
2. Segala bentuk botol kaca, tumbler,aluminium, dan kaleng.
3. Cairan dalam bentuk apapun tidak diperbolehkan (kecuali makeup, parfum max 30ml, sunblock, tetes mata 15ml, hand sanitizer max 30ml KEMASAN PLASTIK ).
4. Obat / zat terlarang.
5. Isi ulang vape/pod tidak diperbolehkan untuk dibawa ke area konser (kecuali rokok elektrik, vape/pod yang sudah terpasang dengan pod/catridge).
6. Setiap orang hanya diperbolehkan membawa 1 vape/e-cigs.
7. Rokok/Rokok elektrik yang bungkusnya sudah terbuka (per orang hanya boleh membawa 1 bungkus rokok/rokok elektrik yang masih tersegel).
8. Segala jenis senjata termasuk self-defense spray dan segala bentuk benda tajam.
9. Dompet berantai atau perhiasan/aksesoris yang tajam dan runcing.
10. Kembang api, flare, laser pointer, laser ballpoint, atau segala perangkat yang menghasilkan api atau asap.
11. Benda atau zat yang mudah terbakar seperti aerosols, petasan, dan lilin.
12. Peralatan musik, peluit, segala jenis terompet, atau klakson angin.
13. Segala bentuk tongkat, banner politik/ras/agama, pipa, tiang kamera, tongkat selfie, & tongkat go-pro/tongkat kamera 360.
14. Tas ransel, koper, tas gym, carrier, segala bentuk dan segala ukuran tas tersebut tidak diperbolehkan masuk (tas yang diperbolehkan TAS TANGAN/TAS PINGGANG maksimal ukuran A4 21x29cm)
15. Segala jenis dan segala ukuran kamera tidak diperbolehkan masuk ke area konser.
16. Segala perangkat elektronik seperti Laptop, Tablet, dan IPAD.
17. Segala bentuk drone dan alat/mainan yang menggunakan remot kontrol.
18. Payung, kursi lipat, tenda (jas hujan dipersilahkan).
19. Sepeda, skateboard, skuter, atau kendaraan bermotor dalam bentuk apapun.
20. Alat bantuan kesehatan ( tongkat/kursi roda/kursi lipat ) WAJIB MENYERTAKAN SURAT DOKTER PADA MINGGU ACARA. (Minimal tanggal 25 September 2025)
21. Anak usia di bawah 5 tahun tidak diperbolehkan masuk.
22. Segala jenis hewan.
1. Outside food and beverages, including alcohol.
2. All forms of glass bottles, tumblers, and cans.
3. Liquids of any kind (except makeup, perfume max 30ml, sunblock, eye drops 15ml, hand sanitizer max 30ml in plastic containers).
4. Illegal drugs/substances.
5. Vape/pod refills are not allowed in the concert area (except for IQOS devices, vapes/pods that are already fitted with a pod/cartridge).
6. Each person is only allowed to bring 1 vape/e-cigarette.
7. Opened cigarette/terea packs (each person is only allowed to bring 1 sealed pack of cigarettes/terea).
8. All types of weapons, including self-defense spray and any sharp objects.
9. Chained wallets or sharp and pointed jewelry/accessories.
10. Fireworks, flares, laser pointers, laser ballpoints, or any devices that produce fire or smoke.
11. Flammable objects or substances such as aerosols, firecrackers, and candles.
12. Musical instruments, whistles, all types of trumpets, or air horns.
13. All forms of sticks, political/racial/religious banners, pipes, camera poles, selfie sticks, & GoPro sticks/360 camera sticks.
14. Backpacks, suitcases, gym bags, carriers, all forms and sizes of bags are not allowed (bags allowed are maximum A4 size 21x29cm).
15. All types and sizes of cameras are not allowed into the concert area.
16. All electronic devices such as laptops, tablets, and iPads.
17. All forms of drones and remote-controlled devices/toys.
18. Umbrellas, folding chairs, tents (raincoats are allowed).
19. Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, or motorized vehicles of any kind.
20. Medical aids (canes/wheelchairs/folding chairs) MUST INCLUDE A DOCTOR'S LETTER ON THE WEEK OF THE EVENT. (Minimum date is September 25, 2025).
21. Children under 5 years old are not allowed entry.
22. All types of animals.
